The state government has decided to organize Sant Ravidas Jayanti celebrations at village and district panchayat levels on February 16.

Assistant Commissioner Tribal Affairs Department said that on this day a wreath laying program would be organized at the district headquarters at 11 am at Sant Ravidas Mandir, Malakhedi Chakkar Road.
After this, the followers-saints of Sant Ravidas will be welcomed in the Colle ctorate office at 11.30 am and the state level program will start at 12.00 noon, in which the speech of Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan will be broadcast live.Read More
