Finance Minister Shri Jagdish Deora has said that public participation is an impor tant part of the policy making of the State Government. He said that due to the limited resources of the government, it is necessary to take advantage of the capital and work efficiency of the private sector in the public interest.

The Finance Minister said that despite the difficult economic scenario, the GDP of the state being more than 10 lakh crore is a remarkable achievement.

In the process of budget preparation for the year 2022-23 at Shri Deora Academy of Administration, the minister discussed with business groups, industry and subject-experts in three sessions lasting two days. Minister Shri Deora said that in the budget of the year 2022-23, efforts will be made to keep it favorable to the interests of all sections of the society. From this point of view, this budget will prove to be a miles tone in the development journey of the state.

Minister Shri Deora said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the pace of development of the state was maintained even in difficult economic conditions. He urged the intelligentsia to give their important suggestions on issues like increasing the income of the state, controlling various types of leakages and setting new development priorities.

Suggestions of experts in this field will always be welcome. The state government is also giving incentive packages to increase investment in infrastructure to make the economy more dynamic.
