Elevated Hosur Road is ready for public to commute

The Motorists, who are traveling towards Electronic City, can exhale softly, as the much-anticipated Hosur road elevation of Expressway will be thrown open to the travelers from 22nd of January. It is expected that Mr.Kamal Nath – Union Minister for Road Transport and highways will take the chair for inauguration ceremony of this expressway.
One of the senior officials of NHAI told that the four-lane expressway was developed at the expenditure of Rs 880 crore, which is 15 metres wide. Whereas the expressway will run above the six-lane existing highway and if it is correctly maintained, then it must take less than 40 minutes to reach Hosur from Madiwala or Silk board junction in Bangalore.
